At Blush & Bay Toronto, we aim to offer our customers exceptional service and a smooth shopping experience. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction, under the conditions outlined below.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

No Exchanges for Sale Items

Sale items cannot be exchanged, regardless of sizing. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.

We provide a full refund or exchange for any items found to be defective due to manufacturing faults. Please contact us to arrange the return or replacement.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@blushbaytoronto.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions to complete the process.

Return Form Requirement

Returns must include a completed return form. Returns without a return form cannot be processed.

Discretionary Refunds

While our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction, it does not override the final sale status of discounted items. Blush & Bay Toronto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a partial refund as a goodwill gesture in exceptional cases. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a modification of our refund policy or establish any precedent for future purchases.

Restocking Fee
All returns (excluding defective or incorrect items) are subject to a restocking fee of $15 CAD per item. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the restocking fee will not apply.
